Etihad First & Business Class Lounge

"Just stayed in lounge waiting for Melb to Lond flight. Amazing view watching all the planes land and take off. The ladies work so hard in this lounge, great job! Full bar, alacarte dining or small buffet. Snacks, barista coffee. Showers, restrooms, kids area. Large screen tv's. Included in my business class fare, but you can also pay to use the lounge. Right opposite Emirates lounge so easy to find. Etihad lounge is called The House on signage. Enjoyed my visit."

"Firstly I would like to commend the lady at the counter who surpassed my every expectation in customer service. Her name was Kelly. Before I was able to check-in, whilst waiting my turn, I was observing how kind and lovely her manner was to the people in front of me; and I was blown away by her kindness and service when my turn came. Kelly went out of her way to go above and beyond to cater to our needs and have us seated in a quick manner as the a-la -carte section was quite busy. She kept checking in on us to ensure we were taken care of. She also was very polite and professional and very well spoken, and made you feel important! Well done to her - Etihad she is an asset! The lounge was also wonderful and the food was great too. The ambiance was very relaxing; which is just want you want before a 20hr long haul flight. Due to this experience today, particularly starting off with Kelly, I knew I chose the right airline and my trip will be a good one. I am writing this whilst on the plane with 2hrs left and can honestly say Etihad has surpassed my expectations. We will indeed choose Etihad again. Thank you Kelly.. and thank you and Etihad."

"The most beautiful brilliant lounge I’ve ever got to experience. If your like me and spent a lot of time looking for it it’s at the top of the escalators after all the rest of the lounges keep going straight. Melbourne has not signed it well but you absolutely want to experience this."

"Had a good experience in the new first class lounge. Staff was attentive even in the middle of the night. Food was cooked well and my husband enjoyed his cognac and cigar. I got some sleep in the relax room. Children’s room looked wonderful - will bring kids here one day. The spa service and quality was very good too - after getting my complimentary treatment, I opted out for a full paid one as my massage therapist was wonderful. Can’t complain."
