Not only do we provide a golf range for practicing your swing, but we also offer a range of amenities to make your visit memorable. Our bar and cafe serve traditional Italian-style pizzas cooked in our wood-fired oven, located on our cafe terrace. You can even watch as our skilled chefs prepare your pizza. It's the perfect way to turn your lunch or dinner into an event rather than just a food stop.

For those who enjoy a drink, we have a selection of local craft beers on tap, which we change regularly, as well as a full range of high-quality wines from Massoni, including some aged reds. We strive to provide a unique dining experience that combines great food and drinks with the enjoyment of golf.

Please note that Truemans Golf Range operates under specific permissions and regulations. We have a 'secondary use' food service permit and a renewable limited liquor license, allowing us to serve individuals genuinely participating in golf practice. As a result, we cannot operate as a regular restaurant and do not offer takeaway or home delivery services. However, if you're looking for a unique dining experience while practicing your golf skills, we've got you covered.

Truemans Golf Range is proud to have PGA Professional Brian Twite as part of our team. Brian has been recognized for his contributions to the sport of golf, including his work as an administrator and mentor. With his wealth of experience, he has provided advice to some of the greatest golf legends, including Arnold Palmer, Gary Player, Jack Nicklaus, and Greg Norman. His dedication to developing junior golf programs has also been instrumental in his recognition and honors.

It's important to note that Truemans Golf Range is a golf practice range, not a driving range. Our range was built in 1977, before the invention of the 'driver' by Taylormade Golf Clubs. As a result, we do not have the facilities to accommodate drivers, and our fairway is only 50 meters wide. We ask that all patrons respect this constraint and refrain from smashing balls without regard to their direction or distance. Patrons who do not follow these guidelines will be asked to leave the facility.

We value your business and aim to provide a pleasant experience for all our visitors. If you feel that our physical constraints may limit your enjoyment, we recommend using the wider practice facilities at The Rosebud Country Club, The Dunes, Moonah Links, or RACV Cape Shanck.
