"Now I know why they call it Spend less Shoes as there is no customer service. I visited the Bonnyrigg store today with my son desperately needing joggers men's size 13. There were 2 ladies at front of shop, it was very quiet, I think we may have been the only customers. We tried to find sons size looking up at the very top of shelf. One of the ladies went out back into the staff room for something, noticing we were looking for stock, to my shock she returns back to from to kept chatting between themselves . Walked out, visited BigW purchased and had a lovely lady that helped with our questions. I give 1 star as the store was very tidy, won't be returning."
