"for a flagship store, they should really improve their services. Especially the senior staff, i feel they have a weird sense of entitlement to not respond customers with a smile and friendly service. Im a gold member, and was told they can't do store transfer for sales items, whereas other stores have no problem doing that."

"Around Xmas I awkwardly broke a bowl as I was flustered with a new born. I offered to pay and the staff didn’t charge me. I ended up buying a cooler bag as I thought I better get something. Still use it to date and it looks nice."

"I wasn't impressed by the rude and unprofessional staff. I spotted oil stains on the pair of jeans I collected. The store manager pretended they were not there and immediately suggested that she could process a refund. Normally you'd expect them to see if there's another one in stock. When I asked her that question, she reluctantly grabbed another pair from the display on the floor. To make it more uncomfortable, she asked me if there were any stains on it as if it was my imagination. It's the first time I've left a comment for a retail store. The whole experience was very unpleasant and upsetting."

"Not one staff greeted or helped customers. One was at the counter and just stared at me when I was trying something in the mirror. No hello. Didn’t even move. Just stared at me the whole time. We locked eyes and she still didn’t say or do anything. I walked out. Still not one person in store said hello as I did one last lap around the store. Staff actually seem like they hated their jobs."
