"I went in on a Tuesday the week before school goes back and I was really happy with the whole experience. The customer service agent showed me how to use the QR code to wait in line and we were only waiting 5-10minutes. The lady who helped my son was able to fit him and give really good advice in terms of sizing and shoe type. Even though the store was super busy the systems and service worked really well!
