"The first pair of sport shoes I bought was faulty. After 3 visits over 2 weeks, they finally agreed to exchange the shoes. I've had the new pair of shoes for a month and have realised the owner did not size these properly and they are too large. I have narrow feet and at the time of fitting assumed the laces could be tightened to fit. In hindsight I now realise the owner was more concerned about selling me another pair at a similar price point than ensuring the shoes were suitable and fit my feet. I do not recommend and will not be buying my shoes from this shop in future. I wish I could return the shoes."
