"Nice staff - clothing is somewhat pricey"

"Travel the distance & shop at virtually any other LJ Store. The store people stare at you in the most confronting glare, up and downwards. Their approach is not genuine at all, upon making garnet enquires the store people respond with “obviously” & “clearly”. Such words spoken with a condescending stance and approach. To which I respond with “it’s not obvious for the consumer otherwise that defeats the purpose of the query”. Again arrogant store people with entitled attitudes. I will not be returning. This experience has definitely discouraged me to continue supporting & purchasing from the brand. I will most definitely share my experience on my personal blogs and socials as such treatment of a returning and loyal to the brand consumer should be occurring to begin with. Much more than “further training” s required is not sufficient in this case."

"The manager in Lorna Jane Burwoord is very helpful and friendly. She is very attentive to customers. She is on her own in the shop as the other staff is off sick today, she delays her lunch break and puts customer first, provide assistance very promptly. I hope Lorna Jane head office will reward her for her hard work and dedication."

"I don’t usually write reviews on customer service, however, I had such a good experience this morning shopping in the Burwood Lorna Jane store, the staff member Daniela was incredibly helpful with size recommendations and how to style the activewear. She also encouraged me to try a few styles I wouldn’t usually choose for myself that so ended up purchasing. Will be back!"

"5 stars for service at the Burwood store. My daughter always shops there and the girls are so lovely and very helpful Yes the products are a bit on the pricey side but the quality is there to match. I wish they catered for larger sized women though hence my rating at a 4 The range of products is extensive and products are both cool and practical. They wash very very well! Christina and Ivana were lovely girls but so are the rest of the team there. I cannot fault any of them whenever I shop there. I buy things for my daughters all the time though prefer when they’re in sale as they Represents better value for money. I find that the sales assistants will offer you a wide range of choices and bring in various items for you to select from whilst you are in the change room trying things on. This Lorna Jane is well located within the Burwood Westfield store experiencing busy traffic thoroughfare and a very easy place to get to either by car, bus or train. Would recommend."
