"The store at westfield burwood used to be good before because of the customer service.But had been to store yesterday and the girl (short and fat) literally sneaked through my handbag when i came out from the fitting room as if i've robbed their clothes. I know some shops checks handbags before we leave.That's the correct way to inspect the bag. But not like this. You should treat your customers nicely not like this.I'm not going to buy anything from this shop throughout my life."
"Very poor customer service on multiple occasions. Online order picked up and I was given the wrong size. Upon calling to arrange exchange for the correct size, the staff put aside the wrong product. More waiting while staff looked for the correct item. No apology or responsibility taken by staff."
