"I am extremely dissatisfied with the post sale service, the store manager at castle towers is very rude and lacks basic customer service.We bought a $100 Tommy Hilfiger shoe for my child which started wearing off after 2-3 uses only and we expected a return as the item is clearly faulty. We have used this brand for our kids before and it never happened so we are quite sure it’s the quality. Her first answer to us was then you should not have bought an expensive shoe for your child and that she is well aware of the laws and policies that is why she is the store manager. Such bullying behaviour is not expected from a store staff, she literally mis behaved with my husband and we will never shop in this store again and will also pass it on to others by word of mouth. I have two kids for who I regularly shop from this store but they lost a customer and may be many more on the way due to this poor service."
