Katies 6-14 Castle Street, Castle Hill, New South Wales 2154

"Wanted to purchase a product that was on sale. Originally $159 Now $49.95. I called up to make sure the size was in-store & could be put on hold as I had been to 3 other Katie’s stores looking for it. (Pink coat for a cancer fundraiser) She responded negotiating a price over the phone stating her Katie’s store is a different price to others. She would only hold it if I pay 30% off original price. I said ok well I could click on collect it to your store online as the price on there is $49.95. She said ok well hopefully it’s still here when you get here. I purchased it for click & collect & drove from Winston hills to castle hill .. not far. I arrive, apparently she sold it. Her behaviour was disgusting. She claimed she owned the store & is the boss. I went to another Katie’s store, no problem $49.95 in store for the coat. She’s running this shop into the ground."

"Just walked in to the store to exchange a gift I got for my birthday. The shop assistant at the counter was so rude and horrible and shouted at me. I told her she could have explained nicely than shouting and she laughed. She could have explained nicely without shouting. I was a fan of katies but not any more."

"If I could rate it without a star or less, I would. We were there at 4:05pm to buy my Mum some clothes and was checking on two tops for her to try. The stocky lady at the store was rushing us rudely and told us that she’s closing at 4:10pm because the store’s closing time, she said, is 4:30pm due to pandemic. We still had time but she was adamant that we finish in 5mins so she could close. Very unwelcoming and arrogant saleswoman. Never coming back there, let alone buying their clothes."

"Love katies... quality and great service I'm changing my original post/review. One particular woman let's this store down. She is rude, she huffs and puffs when you ask for a refund, she sighs deeply and loudly, she questions our own personal taste and satisfaction of the products, I have never in my life experienced such poor sales service, no wonder this store remains the weakest in the chain, the only way to improve it, is to move her along. Only then would I come back to castle hill store. No issue wih other stores, just this one, and one associate."

"I normally love Katie’s at castle hill , But I had a number of clothes I brought online and used Katie’s store as the pickup point , but what happened was I waited over 2 months and finally called for the 3rd time and the had realised my order had been there all along but once I picked it up there were a few items missing and all they could say was maybe it will arrive at a later date . Which never happened and I had to write to head office for a refund"
