In addition, they are immensely unresponsive, taking multiple follow ups to get simple answers. Would recommend to anyone who is willing to only buy the items they can be bothered selling you and is prepared to do all of the customer service and sales for themselves."

"Took a $2500 deposit for a bed in July 2019, did not deliver, palmed off multiple times on delay reasons over the past 4 months, contacted manufacturer who explained they had no delays in manufacturing. Still fighting to get a refund, have been told they are unable to refund us and looking to setup a 'payment plan'. Have yet to hear back on what a 'payment plan' might look like. Recommend to avoid. Hope they are not trading while insolvent."
