Seed Heritage - Burwood C 100 Burwood Road, Burwood, New South Wales 2134

"I used to shop from Westfield Burwood for my daughter from Seed, Ghanda and Bonds. The staff in Ghanda and Bonds know us, and they are friendly and helpful all the time. Seed Burwood staff USED to be helpful and friendly, too. 3 weeks ago, I went to the shop, and I was having a conversation with my daughter, when I noticed this lady - a new staff member, following our conversation, looking at us and smiling ironically! Later she kept going around us, and she made us uncomfortable, so I left the shop. Today I shopped at Ghanda, and passed in front of Seed and when I did not see this lady, I walked in with my daughter carrying Ghanda's bags, to find that this lady was there. She came next to the door and kept starring at us again! That is INSTEAD OF COMING AND ASKING IF WE NEED HELP LIKE ANY DECENT STAFF MEMBER, JUST TO MAKE YOU UNCOMFORTABLE BEING IN THIS PLACE. I started to walk out of the shop carrying my daughter, and just at the door, she said in an intermediating and rude way: "DID YOU PAY FOR THIS BAG?" Referring to a leather bag for my daughter hanging on my neck, of a brand that Seed never ever stocked, not now, not before. In reality she was NOT LOOKING AT THE BAG, SHE WAS TARGETING US! I just looked at her, and did not say a word, and that is when she realized her ABUSIVE, GARBAGE, AND LOW ACTS. She NEVER ASKED IF WE NEEDED HELP, SHE DID NOT EVEN LOOK AT THE BAG, SHE DID NOT SEE ME TAKING ANYTHING FROM THE SHOP, BECAUSE SIMPLY SEED DOES NOT STOCK THE BRAND, SHE JUST CAME LIKE A DOG NEXT TO THE DOOR, READY TO ATTACK AND ABUSE US, FOR NO REASON. This LOW and RUBBISH behaviors and acts are NOT ACCEPTED in our community, rather than in a decent place like Seed."

"Went there to the kids store today - the lady behind the counter was lovely but the Floor person was horrid. Kept looking exasperated everytime I asked her a question. Like I was interrupting her, was condescending when I asked about certain sizes (just get me the damn size will you?!) I’ll be sticking to Miranda Seed thanks."

"Seed is one of my favourite brands, BUT Do NOT come to this store if you wish to actually purchase something. staff ignored me and everyone else in the store and when I finally chased the store person down and said "excuse me could I please grab a hand with some shoes" I was greeted with a sigh and eye roll. I said don't even worry about it and left, with out anything, along with two other customers who were just as horrified."
