"My issue isn’t really with the staff and service, it’s the product. I bought 2 skinny chinos from here barely 3 weeks ago. The staff said they are their best sellers. I tried them on and they fit to form, exactly how I wanted. I barely wore each pair once to twice and already they are loose and baggy. It looks terrible, especially from the back, I’m mortified. The fabric is already giving way and they look like loose Regular fits, not Skinny. I’m so upset over the money I’ve wasted purchasing them. I usually would go to YD for a shirt here and there but honestly never again. I can no longer trust their product. I now need to go shopping for 2 new chinos again because I simply can’t wear these out anymore."
