"The lady sitting there doesn't have any sense of how to deal with courtesy with the customer. she is unhelpful and need someone to tell her you are in children clothes shop. My child was selecting his shoes when 3 or 4 shoes fell down. we apologise to her for this but The lady was very tough. we told her he is young child but she shocked us when she said it is not a playground. We didn't shop and cancel our order however our child wanted these clothes. However, it was my favourite shop in different countries but I don't recommend the shop in bankstown because of this lady"

Always so helpful with helping find sizes and helping me pick stylish clothes for my kids! I come in to buy 1 item and they convince me to walk out with so much more because they show me all the fantastic clothes that are available and tell me how cute my kids will look! "Terrible experience! Unfortunately when I went to refund and exchange some clothes I had purchased the day before, I was told they couldn't refund and exchange at the same transaction and that I had to pay 1 dollar extra for my exchange item. I was fine to do so but the lady made it such an issue and complicated things as though it's hard to do two separate transactions and pushed me to exchange my refund item as well,making me pay extra on top when that wasn't what I wanted to do. Realising that I had made a mistake I went back in store to refund everything and was told I can't refund on an exchange item even though it was within 7 days of purchase??? Like that wasn't enough I exchanged yet again within my limit and was told I saved 4 dollars as a member and could use it on something. Suprise suprise there's nothing worth 4 dollars at the store and when I said I don't want it the worker told me it wasn't possible to process my transaction without it. Are you serious?And so I was yet again forced to buy something that I didn't want and add extra on top like I haven't payed enough as it is. How is this a reward for someone that's a member? What's the purpose of 20% off for members? You guys know that there's nothing available for 4 dollars and it's just a money scheme to trap customers into buying more items and having to pay extra to feed your greedy mouths. Last time I'll shop here. Worst shopping experience. There's a reason why you've got 2 stars. You either do something to fix it or you continue being greedy and lose your customers. Your choice."
