"The girl out front doing the fittings was so rude ! 9.30am on a Saturday morning, who wants to go in and spend over $1000 on the cot I was going in for when she treated us the way she did. "Great customer service. Shame the rewards scheme had to change. Rewards are great for every day purchases, but when it comes to large purchases. I.E when purchasing car seats earning $70 worth of rewards for spending $1400 yes great except when you take into account that they are given in $10 vouchers with a minimum spend of $50 each with only 60 days to use. So $70×5 = $350 and earned another voucher again."

"Average customer service to be frank when visited first time and on our second visit it was worse! Sadly we couldn’t find anyone to talk and store wasn’t that busy either and we pressed button to get help but none appears. Later, after multiple attempts we went to find someone to get some advise/help on products that we were after. Bit disappointing. In contrast when we went to Campbelltown branch , their service was outstanding and this store is nowhere close to their level. Apart from these, store is quite neat and clean as well as well organised - easy to find what you need with ample parking options. Store provides ranges of services - click and collect to car seat installation and so on."
