"Yesterday 23rd December 2021, around 6pm ish, I was in the store in Westfield Chatswood, politely approached to a staff asking her about a Teen Hoodie, and she was rude and grumpy and even pointed out that if I couldn’t describe what is a hoodie she couldn’t help me. I told her I would show her in the kid’s section, she was impatiently being sarcastic about me could not describe it properly until someone else came and told me she had a bad day and offered me service. This rude lady’s name was “Jas”, I don’t think Country Road is paying her to make fun and being rude to the customer. This lady should be pointed out and have better retail ethics in mind."
