"Just don't like two staffs there. They don't even say hi, serve you as if we are getting things for free! Why should I spend my hard earned money for such a terrible customer service! Two ladies there seems to have a problem with brown skin coloured customers, my observations! I always feel bad when they serve me at the Counter With those racist looks! "I am writing this behalf of my mother who is too kind hearted and not profient enough in English to leave a review - however her horrible experience is one that must be heard. My mother came into the store today at 11:30am and asked for a refund on one item valued at $50. The cashier rudely told her after pretending to check the cash register that there was no money in the till and therefore the refund was not able to be processed. Its unrealistic to think that a store could be open for business and not even have $50 in the till. Regardless a short trip to the bank would have been a reasonable solution. However, nothing was done. My mother (on pension) was forced to trek on foot, then bus and then on a train to another Portmans store to get a refund. The cashier at the new store told her that this was the second case of someone coming from Liverpool to get a refund and was shooed away THAT SAME DAY. Thank you to Portmans Stocklands for being so accommodating. I am surprised by the sheer laziness or greed that is so evident in this store. If youre going to have a 30 day refund policy, make sure it is honoured and every effort is made to honour it. To the staff on the floor, and the manager in charge. Do better."
