"All the experiences that I've had at Universal store in Liverpool have ways been fantastic. The staff are so knowledgeable with their products, kind and polite. There is no pressure whatsoever to buy. Just very chill relaxed vibes. Shout out to Talisha who made me try on something I wouldn't have dared to and now it's my favourite piece in my wardrobe. And also a few months ago there was another young girl with a blonde bob that was amazing too. Outstanding customer service as always."
