"I have never been so disappointed in the service at the Liverpool store. I entered the store, there were no other customers, not one, just me. I looked for about five minutes while three staff members were chatting at the cash register. I thought one of them would pull away from their conversation to serve me but no…. Another couple of minutes past and I decided to leave the store. As I got to the front of the store I turned around to find the three staff members still enthralled in their conversation and did not even notice me. It was like I was never there. I looked at them and said ‘thank you very much for all your help’. One of the staff members looked at me shocked but another said ‘you’re welcome’. I guess sarcasm breeds sarcasm. Myself and my family will never shop there again."
