"I recently bought shoes for my son. The correct size was not available and I had to order it online. I thought the shoe laces will be too long and he will trip over so ordered some shoe laces as well . I have received the shoes and laces today. The laces were packed in a see through bag and did not open it. Went to the store to exchange it with Nike socks. But the staff service was so unprofessional. Someone called a supervisor rejected and said, it’s unhygienic to swap it. So my question is, they usually do exchange clothes and other things. So how come they call this unhygienic. It was in great condition and did not taken out of the package even . If they can exchange clothes that they sell, how can they call shoe laces exchange impossible. So disappointed about the service and will not recommend or shop from JD again ."

"Just wondering why the music is up so loud we couldn't hear the staff speak. I know this might not be obvious but customers do need to hear the staff when they speak and inform us on what sizes are available. I also noticed that because of the loud music staff can't hear customers as they call them."

"Yeah it was the day before school started and they were busy but this one BIG guy completely forgot me 2 times !!! When He went to the back room to get me a certain shoe size, and then once his co worker told him at the counter to get my size and he forgot again!!! I’d see him dawdling around the store 10 mins later each time and realise he’s forgotten. I was blown away! His co worker apologised for him and made excuses about them being busy but that’s just laziness"
