"Merrylands store is NEVER open the trading hours listed online...NEVER!!! Yeah is was OK and understandable during COVID but common, nearly everytime I go there they have ALREADY closed!! Went Saturday 24/9 online says 5pm, had closed and I got there about 4pm!!!"
"My wife bought 1 top and 1 pair of shorts which were on sale on Friday the 4th March 2022 at Millers Merrylands. On Saturday she returned to the same store to get 1 size larger on the same product so it was just a simple quick exchange. The 2 “customer service “ employees were incredibly rude and unhelpful and cited store policy even though my wife had the receipt and it was just getting a quick exchange. Unbelievable that they could be so apathetic and was told “ just give it to your Daughter to wear”. From Millers clothing range ?? Our Daughter is barely a teenager. Shame on you. We will NEVER go back to Millers after today."
"Today Wednesday the 2nd I walked in Merrylands’s miller’s Shop the lady behind the counter was very rude with no manners. I picked a top from 20.00 rack when checking out she said it’s $25.00, I showed her the rack with $20.00 tack. She went and picked all 3 same colour tops and hanged to 25.00 rack and said Oh customers must have hanged it there. I said if one top we can understand but three top hanging on the top shelf behind the white tops. She was so rude saying do you want it or no. I told her no. I think she needs some manners and do customer service course. There are so many good people who can work better then her."
