"Eva the store manger is rude and has no customer service skills. she talks loud with customers and avoids helping customers. she pretends she is on her break if a customer needs to talk to the manager. she offers facebook market place instead of exchange or refund of a brand new $270 Nike shoes. if i was able to give then no star i would with no hesitation."
