"Two weeks ago i purchased Champion Pants they don’t have it in store so they ordered online after two weeks i didn’t receive the item i called they said system error go back to the store, i went back to the store they said system doesn’t show i paid the money and order never been done and they need time to investigate even thought they can see in camera that i been there and pay the money. What a waste of time. This is not the first issue i have with JD store"

"If I had to give minus reviews, I would do that. The behaviours of the staff are disgusting and unprofessional. A bunch of youngsters work there who have no professionalism. So, I have skin fungal issues. My dermatologist strictly told me not to buy any shoes which are shown for trial. Always get the stock one. My worst experience is that I was about to buy a shoe and I asked then politely to give me a new one they said no straight on my face. Within 5 minutes one of my another friend came they sold the new one. I explained my medical situation. I was about to buy 2 pairs, one for my partner and one for me. I am an Iranian background guy. My English must not be good and I do not have aussie rude attitude. But I am a resident of Australia and also a local. What I felt was discrimination and arrogance. I complained to the customer service what actions they had taken. On top of that, there was an offer going on. They sold my pair of shoes more than full price. They emailed me that they would return my money. I was so disgusted that I told my partner to go there and get the refund money. Please do not go to this store at all. The most uncomfortable thing was the staff were smirking, giving look to each other when I explained my medical condition. Yeah, I got my money. That's the good thing they did. But if I have to go back to that store, no, nothing all. Huge NO."

"Poor customer service… I tried a pans that was the last size of my size another customer came the worker sold it to the other one … their customer service is very bad … I will never inter their store again. They deserve zero star but I am obliged to give them a star to submit my review."

"Called up 4 times followed the prompts , put on hold only to be hung up on every single time. We should be able to get through to the stores with no hassles..Absolutely pathetic!!!"

"The shoes i ordered online arrived and still have the security tags on them so i had to cut them with plyers , pretty average wouldn't recommend."
