They refused me a return after several requests only because they said they’ve ‘REACHED THE LIMIT FOR REFUNDS’ this is ridiculous as there no such thing like this where a store can refuse you refund. Other customers had the same issue where they clearly refused a refund and wanted us to take credit note. This is extremely against the consumer law as my receipt mentioned that I can refund in 14 days of purchase. JUST DO NOT GO TO FOREVER NEW MERRYLANDS, THEY HAVE THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE YOU WILL EVER EXPERIENCE."
