"An old lady who works here treated me awfully when I was looking at a tester of a tinted moisturiser. Accused me of opening a non tester and I was showing her that it was a tester and she got really close to me, grabbed it out of my hands and accused me of stealing. When I went to the register to make my purchase I was so upset I was shaking. I complained about her and she came out to say that it was a tester and that she was sorry but had already humiliated me in front of the whole store and took no accountability for anything else that she did or said to me. Will not be coming back here. This also happened during a lockdown and she broke covid laws by getting right up in my face and grabbing the tester right out of my hands. Disgusting service."
