"Treatment from pharmacist was disgraceful. I simply asked a questions about a change to my script which was ignored, and when I asked again the pharmacist seemed to get angry. She then spoke with the other pharmacist, both looked at me then laughed to each other. 3 other customers dropped scripts and collected before I asked what the delay was to be told that mine would be ready soon. Asked for the return of my script, I will take my money elsewhere."

"I attended this Chemist to get some cold & flu tablets as I am horribly unwell with the flu. I was asked about my symptoms, which I explained in detail and was met with judgemental looks from the assistant behind the counter & then the pharmacist and told to get some effervescent vitamin D tablets to help with my tiredness. I explained that I already take an immune defence every day and am in good health but I have caught something, that I am tired as well as a mountain of other things and in pain in general but was treated as though I am just a junky trying to get my next hit off of the “good stuff “. Let me tell you, I have been suffering the last 2 days taking Nurofen & Panadol. I have tried the cold & flu tablets off the shelf. It does not help. I am pretty sure I have an infection but cannot get into the doctors until tomorrow. I have a son I need to be well enough for to pick up from school. Just wanted to write this review as it was wildly embarrassing to be treated the way I was and so extremely rude. That is the last time I attend that Chemist."

"I had the single worst experience at a chemist in my life tonight. I rang earlier in the day to check if they had a particular non prescription but still over the counter medicine recommended by my GP. Relaying my request to the sales assistant she grabs the item from a shelf where other bottles of the same medicine were sitting and proceeded to go over to speak to a female Pharmacist & she instructed the sales girl to lie to me & tell me the item was out of stock and to try other stores. I think she thought I couldn’t hear her talking. The girl says “sorry it’s out of stock” & when I told her I could see the item in her hand she then claimed that it was a different product. I had no clue why. Instead of the Pharmacist coming over to clarify the situation or maybe even suggest alternatives for the “out of stock product” she came over to argue & kept lying. She told me it was reserved by someone else I told her maybe that’s me as I called earlier, she replied “it’s not as I checked you name & it wasn’t you”…… I never ever provided my name. After reading the reviews here about the same lady it’s obvious she does these things to customers for a kick. I can’t believe with all these complaints & loss of business something would be done to rein her in but apparently not. I was also there to also pick up expensive perfume for a 21st but left without anything. Not wasting my money at a business that clearly doesn’t care about their customers & treating the sick & vulnerable with respect."

"Lovely lady served me today named Sarah was only a brief interaction but I noticed she had a great way with all the customers before me and was very friendly also always like coming to this store as staff always seem friendly pharmacist are helpful and they are always really well stocked"

"Actually have always had pretty good experiences here. Sometimes there's a wait to get your script filled, but it's a big busy store. They have more range of medications (I can't get one of mine anywhere else in the area), and pharmacists are polite. There are some very friendly and helpful staff. I've also done click and collect, and they've taken time over the phone to add more items to my order that I couldn't purchase online. I am not a fan of chemist warehouse as they pay the naturopaths and some other staff too low, but the staff do a good job at this store. Security guards I've found are polite and friendly as well."
