"Love this pharmacy, yes the staff joke around, chat to customers, but only whilst they are waiting on a prescription to be filled. They never leave a customer waiting if at all possible, they will also go the extra mile to ring other pharmacies for you if they don't have stock."

I'm all for having a laugh and joke but there's a time and place for that. Also they can come across as rude and abrupt sometimes."

In regards to the previous comment about Stat Dec being signed- in Aus no one has any obligation to sign them, best head down to your local police station and ask them there (we do pay taxes)"
