"Was treated rudely by the blonde woman in the self serve who had a cream colour long cardigan on. Too busy talking to staff to care and when she does attempt to help ( well comes over in a huff ) she treats you like something on the bottom of her shoe and ignores you when you ask a genuine question. Poor attitude when in customer service. Won't be shopping there again as it's getting worse in customer service."
"Got there at 7:55 am, to be cheerfully greeted by an older lady with even-cheerier coloured hair. We had the store to ourselves; found exactly what we needed and at a good price. Over to thecself-serve checkout and, as we deoarted with our purchases, we were thanked for shopping there by another staff member. All in all, a very good experience."
"Being a bachelor I realised I have no idea how to buy bedding , I got pretty much everything wrong in pillow cases, returned them after 3 months of having a kidney stone and not able to drive , I arrived with the wrong receipt , the lad with the mohawk at your service desk was absolutely brilliant , tracked down my purchase and did everything possible to help me out. Exceptional service."

"Great shopping experience today from start to finish. Service was first class in every way. The doorway greeter saw me looking puzzled at the entry+ directed me towards the right end of store. Staff approached me to see if I needed help+ when the shelf was bare (sold out) he got what I needed from out the back ( just delivered he said). At the checkout the staff member saw I probably needed a trolley due2 the size/dimensions of the item (or longer arms)+ a trolley appeared. 4 excellent retail staff- thankyou! Am very happy with the dog crate+ comfy bedding purchased at very good prices. Fur baby is not sure if he likes it though. I will be back."
