2. Professional Training in the Applied use of Mindfulness for 12-18 year olds: Similar to the previous program, this course focuses on incorporating mindfulness into schools or youth organizations. It also runs online, starting every Monday, and costs $440.

3. 8 Week Online Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Program for Health and Social Care Professionals: This program offers a new way of experiencing and enhancing your life, as well as the lives of your patients and clients. It starts every Monday and is priced at $315.

4. 8 Week Online MBSR Program for the General Public: Open to anyone interested in mindfulness, this program provides an opportunity to improve your own well-being and positively impact those around you. The course is available immediately and costs $315.

In addition to our training programs, we also offer online support communities. We believe that practicing mindfulness regularly and being part of a supportive group can greatly enhance the benefits of mindfulness. Join one of our online communities:

1. Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction (MBSR) Online Community: This community is specifically for individuals who have completed an MBSR program. By participating in this group, you will have the opportunity to practice mindfulness with others on a daily basis, transforming your emotional state and experiencing the power of group support.

2. Primary School Teachers' Mindfulness Community: This community is designed for primary school teachers who wish to improve their mindfulness skills and share ideas and techniques that have worked for them in the classroom. Embodying mindfulness is crucial in imparting it to younger children.
