"Sydney North Dance is such an amazing dance school. I have been there for more than 8 years and have never been made to feel ashamed or unwanted by any of the students or teachers . The owner of the dance school Miss Fiona is not only warm welcoming to her students (from all ages) but has an extensive knowledge of many different styles of dance and is highly Experienced. Sydney North Dance is such a wonderful, inclusive and welcoming learning environment. Fiona and all of the teachers at SND have put loads of time and effort into teaching everyone of their students not only to be beautiful dancers but to be confident in their ability’s. I am very great full to be at such a wonderful dance school and highly recommend choosing Sydney North Dance!"

"I love the atmosphere at SND, everyone is always so inviting and it feels so special being able to watch the children grow up together and play a part in them developing as they grow up. Being able to provide students with trophies or medals when they pass their exams is awesome and giving other students who did not participate in exams with excellence trophies to motivate them that their efforts are recognised and children who wear the correct uniform and have their hair done all the time be praised through a uniform award. I really love that I have been able to develop as a person and become more confident through all the lovely people I’ve meet and become friends with there."

"I’ve been dancing at Sydney North Dance for 8 years and it’s like my second home. Miss Fiona has been by my side since my first lesson and I honestly couldn’t imagine having a better dance teacher. She loves and cares for each and every dancer like her own children. Being able to go to dance and now that my teacher and friends care about me is uplifting and important to me as a dancer. At the end of year concert during the awards ceremony, there is someone new getting an award every year so everybody has an opportunity to put their very own medal or award on their shelf. I honestly couldn’t imagine a better dance school and dance teacher because Miss Fiona doesn’t only teach dance steps, she also teaches morals and life lessons."

"The owner teacher, Fiona, is the coldest person for young kids I have ever seen in my entire life. She lacks even the minimum level of understanding the minds and behaviour of young kids, and overly shows exaggerated preferences for only a handful whom she finds helpful in her business operations; who are rewarded with ridiculous numbers of trophies during annual performances nights, a couple of such with nearly 20 trophies on one single annual night, as I have witnessed. She does not know the nature of living and exceptions due to living differences and limits at all, that kids even under 5 who were late to classes over a few occasions were treated unkindly by her lack of understanding the situations, empathy and realisation that it was rather the parents who were in situations unable to get their kids to classes in time due to their family and/or financial obligations even on weekends. (I recommend) DO NOT send your kids to this dance school. The scars of the hurt in kids might not be clearly visible but last long as I have witnessed, including through a kid having developed UNHEALTHY FEAR of ever being late, even after more than 7 years later."
