The service is attentive and exceptionally knowledgeable about the menu and wine pairings, and paces the distribution of courses very well - which is very rare in Sydney. The food is incredible, with the duck ravioli and the complex apple tart being stand outs. Attention to detail is utmost, with the chef carefully balancing fresh fruits with fennel. The sear on the duck main was also one of the best I have ever had. This place is an absolute must in Sydney."
