"despite being a located on a prominent spot in the metro, i've somehow managed to miss this gem of a restaurant until recently, and everything here could very well be one of the best japanese restaurants i've dined at. the staff here are very hospitable, attentive, and welcoming, and every dish we've had here was made to perfection and delivered with flair as they had named each and every specific fish in the small sushi platter we got. we also tried their signature tori, and it was delicious. the culinary skills of the chefs are so pronounced in the dishes they serve that its quite a joy to see it. with exceptionally friendly staff, service, and especially food, the experience i've had here was one of bests!"

"Drinks and spider roll were quite nice. They are generous with the meat in the ramen but found the broth just soso. The skewers were decent - wagyu was chewier that we'd like but sauce was tasty. The pork skewers were a bit dry. Servers are friendly and ambience was good. It's a shame there's a rod running through the midlength of most of the tables though (aesthetic but not practical) as we found the seating quite uncomfortable because of this."
