One of the things that sets us apart from other salons is that we are a cage-free establishment. We believe that dogs should feel comfortable and at ease during their grooming experience. Our trained groomers use only natural shampoos and conditioners, ensuring that your dog's coat and skin remain healthy.

We cater to all breeds, sizes, and coat styles, and offer a range of extra services to make your dog feel beautiful inside and out. Whether your dog needs a simple trim or a complete makeover, our skilled groomers will provide the care and attention they deserve.

Due to our commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, we are currently booking appointments 4-5 weeks in advance. We have also reached maximum capacity for dogs of certain sizes. We appreciate your understanding and support as a small business.

Please note that we have had to adjust our pricing for grooming services this year. This decision was made due to the rising costs of supplies, utilities, and running a business. Unfortunately, we have had to increase prices for large breed dogs, as grooming them requires more time and resources. We appreciate your understanding in this matter.

To provide you with accurate pricing, we may need to make some presumptions about your dog's grooming needs. However, we encourage you to visit us for a more accurate quote, where we can assess your dog's coat condition and discuss your preferences.

We kindly ask our customers to be punctual for their appointments. If you are more than 15 minutes late, we reserve the right to cancel your appointment and charge a no-show fee of $35 at your next appointment. If we can still accommodate your dog, a late fee of $15 will be charged, and your pick-up time will be at the end of the day.

Please note that we no longer send text reminders. You will receive a confirmation message on the day of rebooking, and we ask that you make a note of the date in your calendar. It is your responsibility to keep track of your next appointment.

We groom a significant number of dogs each day, and we urge our customers to rebook appointments on the day. For each day you forget to rebook, it means 15 appointments made ahead of time. We can only do so much in a day before we risk burnout or injury.

While there are no additional fees for late pick-up, we kindly ask our customers to be respectful of our time. If you know you'll be running late, please inform us in advance. We appreciate a heads up so that we can plan accordingly and ensure a smooth operation.
