"One of the better Chemist Warehouse I've been to. Very spacious and clean so it's well maintained as the items on the shelves are presentable. Parking is a piece of cake and the bonus addition is the lovely vaccination service from Janice who was super lovely and professional when providing me the flu and COVID jab. Thank you again Janice!"

"Went to the dispensary to ask for a S3 product that my vet has recommended in the past for my dog, and the female Asian pharmacist (might have been a intern of student on Sat 11/03 around 3 pm ) was very rude . She told me that I need to take the dog to the vet and get a script for the Clorsing ointment, when I try to explain that that’s what I’ve done in the past for the same condition and it occurs every few months with my dog and the vet has told me to get it from pharmacy when I need it, since it’s an OTC S3 product now, she didn’t even hear what I had to say but left straight away, quite rude not very helpful at all. Of course I went to another pharmacy and purchased it OTC, I wasn’t gonna wait for vet appointment 1-2 weeks and pay $200 consultation + $28 for a script to purchase a $9.99 S3 product that treats conjunctivitis that will resolve on its own in 4-5 days even if I didn’t buy the ointment. Please talk to your pharmacist to be a bit more considered with customers."

"Served at the counter and the price didn’t come up as the ‘deal’ she then said ‘well it has to be the same product for the deal to show up.’ I was like “oh, I thought it said ‘any’ 2 product from the range” I had to ask for a price check! She also wasn’t really pleasant to her co worker. Then, muffled under her breath because I was correct. Changed the price and didn’t even look at me. Honestly felt really uncomfortable. *because it’s my fault that your deals weren’t showing up on your system* K"

"This is a new Chemist Warehouse outlet just opened in the last few weeks. It's well stocked, well lit, and the staff are super friendly and most helpful. It's in a great location as you have Aldi, Tasman Butchers and a number of cafes nearby and there's usually lots of parking at this end of Central Plaza. I think this Chemist Warehouse might be one of the new 24-hour Supercare Pharmacies. If so, it will be open 24 hours a day, seven days a week, with a private consulting room and free registered nursing service on site from 6 pm to 10 pm, everyday thus giving access to medicines, first aid equipment and non-emergency health advice or treatment when required after-hours when local doctors or other medical services may not be available. There's also a sign in the store that says that a Medical Centre is coming soon at this Chemist Warehouse. All just perfect for the Moorabbin Airport area!"

"The Chemist warehouse located near DFO Moorabbin claims that they are not one of the CHEMIST WAREHOUSE! Their return policy is different from the return policy on the Chemist warehouse website. Terrible customer service! How can the same brand have 2 return policy? What a contradiction!"
