"Picked up my little poodle and he was bleeding everywhere His paw pad had been cut and had wounds that were open around his bottom . Although they paid the vet bill I thought I would give the Benefit of the doubt and give another try only to be told he was difficult and he could not return Truly appalled and completely dismissed not even a follow up call He is the most placid baby poodle and I would be difficult also if I was left with open wound s on antibiotics and bandaged all over .after the groom ! Bad business would not recommend Paws and whiskers your response is untrue and an unprofessional attack Lenny has not returned at all to your salon and it was this year not last year ! Please refrain from taking a professional attack in your response my puppy is not matted as you say and I’m happy to provide pictures of what was done to him ."

"Our mini groodle, Luna, loves her visits to Paws and Whiskers. Nikkie does an amazing job and has so much patience and takes amazing care of her. Fantastic service, polite, friendly and professional. Best dog groomer by far! Would highly recommend. ."

"After my mum came here for 3 years paying $120 every time and having great experiences it has all turned bad since the new owner took over bringing my mums 3 year run to a traumatic end. They had to cancel my mum appointment due to a sick employee, once the appointment was re book my mum was told an extra fee will occur due to the length of time since the dog was seen, that's ok. When returned they said the cost was double, making it $240. When mum questioned it they said if you don't pay we will not return your dog. What has happened here is they have charged for the appointment they cancelled and the appointment that happened. Not extra, double. Really poor management and then saying the dog wouldn't be returned left my mum scared and forced to pay for 2 appointments. Way to drive away loyal customers. Be careful when the say extra costs, they will sting you and arm and a leg In response to your reply you have not been honest and simply not taking responsibility for your actions. You have broken the law as my mum was advised and extra price does not mean double. I hope in future your customer service improves and no more clients are put through what ny mum was out through. Very sad you have got so on the defence you can't take responsibility for your actions"

"Very friendly staff. Our girl loves her visits for a trim. It amazes me how she goes in as a King Charles Cavalier and comes out looking like a Begal for about the next 3 weeks. No, seriously they do a really great job."
