"A friend and I visited the restaurant for yum cha on Sunday morning, to avoid the crowds, we came at 11am and it was great that there was no queue and we were seated immediately. Chose a corner away from other people. The food is pretty good, same as any good yum cha place. The Phoenix claws were nice and puffy and tender. The dishes came in trolleys (their online menu looks like a tick-the-box made to order form) and based on my research, this is the cheapest place for yum Cha in Haymarket, when comparing the exact same dish. We had no problem with the service, every staff were nice and they all spoke English and Chinese. The manager wrote down the prices for each dish size when we asked ($8.80 small, $10.80 large and $12.80 XLarge). For two people and 6 dishes (2 "extra large" and 4 "large") plus tea, the bill was $73.80, of which tea was $5 so I assume $2.50 per person. Also ordered something for takeaway, very pleased with the packaging to prevent spills. What I would like to see an improvement on are: the bathrooms - they smell pretty bad, I hope this can be fixed; it would be nice if their menu has prices and we can clearly see what each item costs before we choose or order it: I ordered some food for takeaway for a friend and we had no idea of the price till they were prepared, and, I know no yum cha place does this, but would be nice if we can tell which dish is "small, medium, large and XLarge" and their prices before ordering. I can't match the prices on the receipt with the things we ordered. For example, the online menu says chicken claws are $8.80 and the Egg Tart on their Google menu says $8.80 Medium but we have no idea what we were charged for what. In the end you have no idea what costed what and this is not good at all. Maybe our bill listed the "Medium" items as "large" but we would never know because the receipt didn't say. Also please have a notice telling us there is a surcharge for card payments. Also note that there is no elevator and you must climb one flight of stairs. There are 2 entries, the main one on Sussex St and one from Chinatown."
"Fresh quality seafood. Chinese style restaurant that eager to service. Most of seafood menu depends on market price not fixed price. Pipi clam fried with ginger and shallot is perfect. Size is larger than others restaurant. Professional chef level. Live Lobster size is around 2-3kg. it very nice to cook and add on E-Mi noodle. Also perfect to make lobster congee that it not in their menu. However chef made it absolutely perfect. Great cooking. Highly recommended to try"
"DO NOT COME HERE. This is the worst Chinese restaurant I've been to. Oh where do I start - awful and close to non-existent service, after trying to waive a waiter down for over 10 minutes we had to go up to the counter, and it didn't improve. Fried rice was flavourless and unseasoned, chinese brocoli tasted like chlorine, chicken had gristle in it, beef with "bell peppers" came out with chilis instead that was way too spicy and unbalanced."

"Customer service was great,restaurant is beautiful,the location is near the light rail station but the food was just OK.I was expecting it to be really delicious cos it was our second time here.The reason why we came back because it was really nice the first time we had dinner here. I just hope that the chef will add more seasoning or flavor to the dishes."
