"One of my favourite thai restaurant in Sydney, live Thai music and good food"
"Food were great, service is a hit and miss I suppose. I came with groups of friends before as well. The server who attended our table last night didn’t talk much and couldn’t explain about the dish when a question was asked. She took our orders as i pointed out the pictures but didn’t repeat it to confirm again which an experienced server would do. Another thing was while I was dining, she ran past me while opening a soft drink bottle and just right beside me, the soda just splashed on my face and my bag which startled me and my friend sitting across. She continued to run off to give that drink to the other table and a while later came back to apologise. It would be nicer to have attended and provide something to wipe when it first happened. We’re all shocked as all of the sudden soda splashed on the face and was ignored by the staff. I hope the management should invest a little more to train front of house staff to be more hospitable and communicate better in future."
"Supper on Friday night with no booking sounds impossible at @Bangkok! The staffs managed to find us a table to chill and dine. Even though we were only allowed to stay for 1 hour due to no booking, the staffs were kind enough to not rush us to finish our food and drinks. Always love the live band and the vibe at this restaurant."
"The restaurant was full by the time we were about finishing our dinner. The service was fast but not so much for the food. It took a while for the second dish to come out after the first. Although the fish floss was quite nice, the rest of the food was average. Price was reasonable and service was friendly."
"It’s a great vibes. Nice set up of the restaurant, but the service was bad. We ordered an appetizer and a main meal for lunch we had our main meal and one appetizer but the spring rolls was taken a long time, we had finished our food and still nothing for spring rolls. Not even sorry they said yea it’s coming. Not even busy it was Wednesday that day. Not a good experience for us, but the food was great taste."
