"Good yum cha place. It would be better go there 11:00 and leave before 1pm, or the place will be become very noisy."
"The worst service EVER. The waiter shouts at us to “wait at the table”for asking to pay at the counter. We are already standing at the counter for several minutes, so we don’t want to sit back. Then, he threw the bill at the manager, and when she asked him if he was throwing things at her, he said no, he was throwing at us. We called out his rudeness, he kept shouting “I said PLEASE!” It is a very unpleasant experience. Will never visit and strongly not recommend."
"This place is a gem for great Chinese food to the discerning palate. Had Har gow, Siew Mai, duck, bean curd, French beans and roast pork. Every dish is exquisitely tantalizing to the palate. They deserve a 5 for food and no less. Perhaps those lesser stars are people unfamiliar with Chinese food."
"One of the decent yum cha place in Sydney cbd. Waiting time is not that long. They will give you a number and it is recommended you wait. Otherwise if you missed it, you might have to line up again. They also have two entrances which can get confusing. The food for the most part is good enough. I prefer it over some of the other yum cha place in haymarket. The garlic prawn spring roll is my favourite. The hakaw was good. One of my favourite dishes was the prawn toast as it's so big and crunchy. Scallop siomai was also really good. Overall, I would recommend them if you really want yum cha in the CBD. They won't blow your mind, but you'll get honest yum cha."
"Good tripe in black bean sauce, crispy prawns deep fried on bread, soft juicy spinach dumplings, and a tasty mushroom and water chestnut dumpling. These were some of the little treasures at the Palace. Lovely service from the women steering the steamy, laden trolleys. I’d go back."
