Reviews
"No queue. Jump on the bar and munch away! Service is very quick. They have a unique menu and I enjoyed a lot of options such as grilled king fish, grilled scallop nigiri and abalone gunkan. One thing really weird was the hokki salad. Hoki has like rubberband chewiness and temperature is almost frozen."
"The service was good and quick, and the food served is fresh. The hand rolls are very nice and good value for money. Overall I have enjoyed my meal here but there are other options nearby that are just as good with better value for money."
"Had a very pleasant dinner at Makoto. Their nigiri is fresh and we absolutely had to come back for their chawanmushi. The black sesame ice cream was good value too - creamy and a generous 3 scoops!"
"Food was nice but a bit expensive. Good place for gathering. The food was also very authentic and not westernized like some other sushi places in Sydney."
"Sushi and rolls were delicious . However the broth in udon was not clear and have a lot of grey bubbles in it , which makes the dish less appealing ."
