"When you're shopping in a mall and hungry for a quick bite but the foodie inside you refuses to go to food court and heads to an Oriental speciality restaurant nearby (Lilong by Taste of Shanghai at Chatswood) for a late lunch break... We got piping hot excellent and flavourful food in generous portions (Even got leftover packed). Dishes ordered were Kung Pao Chicken with Peanuts and Chicken & Egg Fried Rice with XO Sauce.... "The food was ok especially the dumplings but after all our main dishes (all without rice) had come out we had to wait another 40 minutes for our fried rice. (We could have ordered more rice but we were thinking of having it with the fried rice) Asked a staff to check where our food was but she replied it should come soon and she'll check on it to never actually check. We ended up asking another staff minutes later and he got our food but there was a hair inside the fried rice. We didn't say anything because by then, my friend and I were both pretty tired. The overall atmosphere of the restaurant was decent but the lighting at the table we were at was too bright. It was directly over our heads so taking pictures was a no. + I hope you guys could maybe leave some space between the tables so each table has some privacy. The tables were so close together I could hear the people on the left and right (I couldn't talk comfortably as well)."
