"I am so disappointed because I used to love this place, it was my favourite place for sushi in Chatswood. Recently, my sister and I were served warm sushi which is clearly unsafe for consumption, and when I asked for a refund, they said that they were unable to. My sister and I both work in the food industry and are aware that refunds are always possible - and are illegal to be denied if there is a problem with the food. I would avoid this place at all costs - we were treated rudely and not taken seriously. My sister placed the food back on the counter and walked away without a refund - it's better to just give it back to them than get salmonella. If I could give 0 stars I would. Where's the inspector when you need them...?"
"If there was an option to give no stars I would. I bought warm salmon sushi from here and after telling them they refused to give me my money for for the inedible, salmonella ridden sushi. In addition the workers were extreamly rude about the whole situation. Sushi belongs in the fridge. Save yourself from the food poisoning go to Taka Sushi."
"Cheap, yummy and fast! Great customer service and I love their korean tuna kimbab, only costs $6, but making your stomach be full enough! There might be a lot of people line up, but the staff serve 'takeaway' orders to customers very promptly and quickly. Overall, great to visit!"

"Have bought stuff from this sushi bar many times but never got around to posting. Prices here are generally about 5% or so cheaper than rip off sushi hero (see my hero chatswood post), which has admittedly more variety but less fillings in their rolls. The ebi roll n salmon sashimi both rated 2.75/5 as are most of what they sell."
