"Another customer ran into my partner making her drop the food she was picking up from the counter. The staff fully saw this, and said nothing, and did nothing. They just made us order and pay for the food again. I understand that this was more the other customers fault than the servers. But the lack of any customer service or at minimum concern was shocking."
"Made a purchase yesterday around 7-7:30pm, and after requesting for a bag the female staff just took a bag and placed it next to the box (for me to do) without a single word or rely out of her any reply nor eye contact. I don’t expect a lot when just going to make a quick takeaway purchase, however seeing the staff acting like she didn’t care and could not even say a word or smile has made me give up on coming back to this store. Looking at the previous comments this doesn’t seem to be just a once of issue. Additionally on a previous visit, I had bought a couple of rolls & double checked and asked if soy sauce was packed inside before leaving which the staff actually said yes to - only to find out there’s none at all when I was in a bus well away from the store."

"I used to go here very often cause it’s easy and quick. But after today, I will never go back. I bought quite a few pieces, as I was eating the grilled tamagoyaki, I thought I was chewing something weird, so I spat it out and found this plastic wire tub thing in it. This is actually dangerous and who knows what else is in the sushi. I have noticed the quality of food and services have gone down over the past few months, but I still go there. This is definitely my last straw. I won’t come back until you make some improvements. Update: they were apologetic and ended up issuing a full refund."
