"Terrible and rude customer service. I went to have lunch last week. I ordered Tom yum soup and one fried chicken rice. In the beginning there was no prawns inside the soup ( normally there were prawns inside of Tom yum soup and showed in the menus as well ) so I asked the staff to replace it. At the end when I ready to pay, they asked me to pay extra about the prawns. Because they were distrusted me that I put the prawns away and hide it in my lunch box on the side then try to get the new one. I asked them to check the cameras and provided evidence that I hide the prawns. They were just so rude and came to our table to check how many heads of prawns we ate and checked the whole lunch box. They did not apologize to me from the beginning to end so this is the worst restaurant I had been."

"Horrible food, horrible service. The rude Thai waiter on Thursday night seems like she’s walked off the street not knowing how to do customer service. Half the food didn’t show up. Took 40 minutes for the food to arrive. Also when I order chicken I expect chicken and not Fish. Absolutely disgusting. Couldn’t even finish it. So disgusting I will be reporting this to the food trade Australia"
