"Told 20-30 minute wait and ennded up being close to 1hr because they didn’t expect a rush on a Saturday night so more chicken had to be cooked out the back. No urgency with ordering and lack of preparation is clearly evident on a night you shoukd expect to be slammed with orders. Poor customer service and no apology or any type of compensation offered."

"I understand sometimes a restaurant can be short staffed and things happen but unfortunately tonight was a less than pleasant experience. Both myself and my sister order at 6:46 and 6:47pm. We initially observed the restaurant to be mildly busy but were told by staff that our orders would be roughly around 20/25mins wait, so we decided that we'd go to do some grocery shopping in that time. Unfortunately we were not made aware of the huge catering order that had been placed before us, the constant ubers and therefore ended up waiting an hour and 20mins for our food that once we finally got was only just warm. I kept hearing the manager telling customers that they were very under staffed and were very busy. We also observed food that was wrapped sitting on the marble counter for quite a length time not being kept very warm at all, so our food had been sitting there, alas waiting for the catering order to be finished before we could even had mildly warm chips to be served for our already luke warm order that had been sitting waiting. Unfortunately I think it may be a while before we visit again due to this experience, as I've said previously I understand staffing issues and what not can happen, but to not to be told a fair wait time knowing there was a huge catering order when staff clearly would have known and not lied and told us a small wait time to sit and then watch this huge catering order come out I think is very unfair and poor form."

"Ordered in store, a bacon and cheese chicken burger large meal. Waited 10 minutes for the order to be prepared. Drove 2 minutes home and found the chips were stone cold and were not fresh. When paying an extra $10 for a drink and chips, I'd expect the chips to be perfect. Not the garbage I received. Burger was also disappointing. Smallest bit of chicken I've ever seen in any chicken burger, ever. It was about the size of 3 chicken nuggets. I won't eat there again."

"We dined in at 6:30pm. When we arrived we couldn't find a table because all of them were covered in dirty dishes and left over food. The floor was filthy and there were tiny flys everywhere. We got one of the 2 tables that was clear. It was still dirty we had to wipe it down. We ordered but pretty disappointed we couldn't pay cash. We finally ordered 2 burgers in meals with some extra chicken strips. We got out order after 20 min 2 burgers and 1 side of chips. We were told our other side of chips and chicken strips were coming, 15 minutes later they arrived after we'd finished our food. The chicken strips weren't chared at all and we're horrible in flavour and for $9.95 very small. They only started clearing tables once someone couldn't find one, then another worker told that worker to leave the tables and go to the front! Honestly this place in the state it was last night wouldn't pass a health inspector!"

"Despite some bad reviews for this Nandos, we had a great experience from this store. Ordered on the app and picked up in store. I did have to wait a little longer for my order but that was because they were busy. Great team work from the staff here. All orders were taken and the girl behind the counter jumped into the kitchen area to help the rest of the team members get the orders ready for everyone. Everyone worked together which was great to see. They're was also another person going around clearing and cleaning tables too which was good to see. Great tasting nandos. Perfectly mild seasoning on our chicken and corn. Great experience.."
