"The visual appeal about this pizza is probably the only good thing about it! 2 stars. Ordered 2/11/2021 – This is not a reflection on their entire menu. I ordered their large pizza and pasta deal, with garlic bread and 1.25 – Pizza with the lot minus pineapple (sorry pineapple lovers) and a tortellini carbonara. On the positive: - You can save yourself an extra $15 loading and use their own delivery services outside of uber eats and it is available to a reasonable hour - even on Public Holidays - Like when I ordered. - The customer service is exceptional, proper CC protocols were used over the phone and delivered within expectation - The pasta was cooked well. The detractions (refer to pictures): - While the pizza looked great, the dough recipe was tough and chewy, and the dough edges were just as tough to bite through. - The toppings weren’t very good. In fact, they were very average – and while there was seafood on the pizza the fishy smell was almost overpowering. I have had others where prawns and anchovies were used, and it didn’t overpower the other ingredients. - The pasta was cooked well – but the carbonara sauce isn’t traditional. Additionally, it smelt like it had a massive knob of butter infused with the sauce, a lot of, some kind of cheese and the ham that was not particularly complimentary. - Garlic bread seemed suspiciously like ones you buy at the supermarket – and even then, the bread wasn’t cook right and chewy. - Deal prices are within budget, but probably a little overpriced for the quality It really was a shame! This place has a long way to go upping their competition in the local area with so many others offering a much more pleasurable experience. Good luck."
