"They are rude, JUDE the owner hung up on me after I asked for his name so I could make a complaint. I spelt out my address multiple times but he still couldn’t get it (limited English or not paying attention). We waited an hour for our order because JUDE did not write the address down correctly so the delivery driver went to the wrong house not once but twice. I stated we would not pay full price due to the stuff up and the ridiculous wait time. The owner then hung up on me and refused to give me his name. When I called after the young lady that answered the phone kindly gave me his name and apologised for his behaviour. The delivery driver was rude and confused. So disappointed with this service, disgusting behaviour from all of them and no help to fix the issue! Do not recommend and would not go back there again. We will be informing everyone we know not to bring business to this disgraceful shop."
