"Was here to visit a friend and I am surprised by the size and facilities of the room. It is definitely worth the price as my friend paid less than AUD 200 a night for a room with a small living room and a kitchenet with a dish washer. Very impressed!"

"Staff were great; the front desk manager called me the day before arrival about my room request, which was great service; we stayed in an Executive Studio on the 22nd floor with an amazing view (despite the current cranes!); very comfortable bed; but the room felt very outdated and the wash basin was in the main bedroom and not in the bathroom. The hotel (and room) felt very much like student accommodation to us. Apparently they do have long term accommodation (I asked) - and this was apparent. Housekeeping failed to service our room - even after asking - and the following day they left behind all our used wet towels after servicing. Can't recommend."

"Pray for yourself you don’t get served by Juliana at the front desk. Rudest front desk staff you would’ve come across. Their hotel guest service manager emailed me to ask for more details about the bad interaction we experienced, but there was no reply whatsoever to follow up so they probably didn’t do anything about it. Location of the hotel is good but just wish for yourself that you won’t come across their rude staffs."

"Firstly, the pros: the staff were incredibly nice! We had a city view room and the floor to ceiling windows made it really nice. The rooms have cooking facilities and it was clean. The car park next door was spacious for a Melbourne CBD car park. It's called Southern Cross Car Park (don't be fooled, it is not near Southern Cross train station) and you can book in advance online for ease. We'd absolutely stay here again. There were a couple of cons, and they aren't really big issues. First was the air conditioning. Even though it was set to cold, it was pumping warm air into the room. Hopefully just an individual room issue. The second was that despite being a room for two, there was not really anywhere to eat except on the couch. The desk only had one chair. I'm really just being nitpicky with these two issues. A comfortable and enjoyable stay."

"The rooms are odd....lots of space, but odd shaped, odd cupboards. Facilities are basic. The big issue is air conditioning. It only works in the lounge, so you have to leave the bedroom door open. Service... seems OK, very friendly at desk. Location....BRILLIANT Price....BRILLIANT"
