"August 2023 first time here. Walked pass on the way back to the car park after lunch and thought might as well have a second lunch since it’s $10 a plate! Ordered two pork cutlets with rice and salt pepper fried pork fritters and tomato paste rice. Both came with a soup and a small bowl of chilli fish sauce. Clean and tidy place with three waiters. Owner/cashier seems nice and the young waitress was speedy at clearing tables and delivering food to at least 20 people during peak hour. I was full after the two dishes and very satisfied with the cheap price. Bring cash!!!! Pork chop and broken rice with fish sauce. The chops, aptly named grilled pork, is pan fried to save time and serve promptly for lunch breaks. Had a hint of lemon grass and the flavour was balanced without being salty or overly sweet. The broken rice was steamed well and not too dry and grainy. The sly pepper pork fritter pieces was delicious and crispy. Despite having trouble with braces on the pieces of bones within portions served was pleasant to chew on. The tomato paste rice was soft and retain its starchiness. The salad side dish matched the dish to cleanse the palate between the fried pieces of meat. The flavour is similar to most restaurants around with this dish. Overall, I call it labourers meal as it’s cheap and does it’s job; fills you up. I would definitely come back and try the other dishes on their menu and also compare their pho to my recent favourite at Le Feu in Springvale. Come support the locals. These guys are doing an amazing job and way cheaper than my other eateries I haunt. Thank you for the food!"

"isgusting…how can you give your customers unwashed greens to eat? They are micro bugs and dirt on it. It really put me off the food. Won’t recommend to eat at a store that doesn’t follow standard cleaning guidelines."

"Went on a Tuesday for lunch. It’s was pretty quiet almost closing in to 1pm. Then then again there’s so many Vietnamese Chinese restaurants in Springvale. The restaurant was clean and bright. The menu is exhaustive as there’s definitely someone for everyone. They take payId payment which is good for people whom doesn’t carry cash. We ordered our usual beef pho and pork and spring roll vermicelli. And ordered prawn spring rolls as appetiser. Would say they are dearer than some of the other Vietnamese places but still as tasty. And not crowded like some of the others at lunch time. Would be have more customers if they price their dishes little dear. Would try the drinks next time."

"- waiter repeatedly attempted to speak to us in Vietnamese despite us attempting to speak in English, making no effort to speak in English or find someone that could speak to us - took 45 mins to make a smoothie, which came out slowly one at a time - tried to gaslight us into believing we did not order something, the waitress blamed us instead - bad service, waitress quite arrogant and has poor communication - some pipi’s were broken and some were even off (they were closed even after cooking), we were consuming shells, I cut my tongue on one. - restaurant really hot for some reason? Very poor air conditioning, a stranger next to me was also complaining about the heat - pho had poor broth for the cost - gave us the wrong bill at the end of it all"
