"Been coming here since the early 2000s. Dips and bread are amazing. Meat is juicy and well cooked, but more lemon is needed to balance the richness and saltiness. While the dips are typically an entree, I recommend eating it with the meat platter as it's a great combination. Saganaki is good too - but make sure you eat it immediately as that's when it's at its best. Greek beer average, my dining companions enjoyed the wine but a bit of miss for me. All up $216 for four people. Bookings recommended - make sure you ask not to be seated near the door as clueless patrons often don't close doors behind them (how do they live at home?!) and you'll be constantly blasted by the cold air and getting up to close it."

"First time diners at Agapi which is surprising given it’s existed for over 50 years. The atmosphere downstairs was very warm but unfortunately despite booking for a pram we were squished into the teeniest corner which was super impractical so we had to move upstairs. The top half of the venue is certainly more spacious but on the downside it doesn’t have as much character. Food wise I found the dishes not overly generous which was disappointing as if it not characteristic of Mediterranean hospitality. The meals were enjoyable but not value for money given the portion size. Equating to just over $50 per person without alcohol and no dessert I’d expect to be full upon departure"

"It was a cozy, neat ambiance. Ive heard that the restaurant been standing for decades. Remained serving its customers for generations. The wines are great. They serve the best food platter of mixed seafood, fish and meat , and it was very delicious, all in one platter. The fish was tasty too. Another great food experience was the Calamari, crispy yet the meat was soft .. I highly recommend you order it. And hey, dont forget the dessert and coffee to end a sumptous meal."
