"I really enjoyed the restaurant's ambiance from the moment I stepped in, it's definitely well-designed and gives off a very cozy and pleasant feeling. The food was served quickly, and the pho tasted just like authentic Northern-style pho. The menu is quite diverse and focuses on various pho dishes, which is definitely worth a try."
"Came here on several occasions because I wanted to give it second (or third) chances. The pho is good, some might say the broth is a on the salty side but it’s the Ha Noi style of Pho. Very similar to what we had in Ha Noi. However, they’d need to improve on their hygiene and cleanliness. One time the lady brought the pho bowls out to our table with her thumb dipped into the soup. The other time, there was noodles and soup scattered on the floor the whole time we were there which was quite unhygienic and also hazardous. They recently got famous within the Vietnamese community for not a good reason as the owner was very rude to customer’s feedbacks so I hope their customer service has learned a lesson and improved from the incident."
"Dined in with my husband. This place had a good-sized soup bowl, but it was the first place we've had Pho with little portion of rice noodles and meat servings. I had ordered beef stir fry pho, and that is the best tasting beef I've ever had in a pho soup ever. Husband had combination, but not as much of a combination meat. The spring rolls were nice. It would've been great with some lettuce like every other vietnamese place we dine at. The fresh rolls were ok too. The dining area has good seating, not too close to each other like other places we eat."
"We realised soon after entering this was the sister restaurant of the one in Preston when the menus, table accessories and self-service to condiments were identical. I ordered via the QR code but was messaged thanks for the order at Preston! After a little confusion, we received our Pho Salads. Mine was a huge clump of dry Pho noodles, a few pieces of blandish BBQed chicken and salads as one would normally get with Bun, to which I added the Chef's special sauce. The crispy pork in my friend's salad was crunchy and tasty. The space is bright and more comfortable than the Preston store. Service was minimal. Overall, an ok experience that we won't go out of the way to repeat."
"Loved this restaurant so much, a hidden gem and will be returning. We tried the Beef pho with tofu ($16) Chicken pho ($16) Prawn Rice paper rolls ($4 each) The broth was sooo flavourful and delicious, no sauce or toppings was required because it was amazing just as it was, just a really comforting bowl of pho and one of the best I’ve ever had- would recommend!"
